How does it work if we live abroad?

Everything runs online, with a professional planning tool for comments and feedback on designs, contract storage and timelines with reminders. You also have close personal contact with us, with regular calls for updates and questions. We communicate the way that is easiest for you: video calls, email, WhatsApp or a meeting in person.

When should we get in touch?

We usually start about 12 months before the wedding, and can often still join up to 1-2 months before, depending on size and scope. If you are planning two years ahead, many couples begin with the location and vendor search, and the rest follows about 12 months out. Your date is reserved once you book wedding planning, so the earlier we speak, the more choice you have.

FAQ

Planning covers everything around the wedding and the weekend: location and vendor search, timelines, budget planning and updates, payment tracking, contract support through to signing, coordination of all tasks, on-site planning and day-of coordination, and logistics for guests, couple and vendors. Design covers the concept, the execution by our team on the day including preparation, web design and stationery.

We recommend budgeting approximately CHF/EUR 1,600–1,800 per guest for the wedding day and CHF/EUR 1,800–2,200 per guest for a multi-day wedding. Final figures depend on the location, guest count, design and level of customisation. For larger productions, with a total budget from CHF/EUR 250,000, we work on a percentage-based fee of 12% of the total budget (minimum CHF/EUR 30,000), reflecting the scope of team, vendors and production.
